Please remove the following files from your desktop.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.
  • Shortcuts named "NoCreditCard.lnk" and pointing to "ExeDialer.exe".
  • Shortcuts named "SESSO-ORALE.LNK" and pointing to "sesso-orale.exe".
  • Shortcuts named "NoCreditCard.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Instant Access\Dialer\Exe\20040310200348\instant access.exe".

Start Menu:

Please remove the following items from your start menu.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.
  • Items named "NoCreditCard.lnk" and pointing to "ExeDialer.exe".
  • Items named "NoCreditCard.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\Instant Access\Dialer\Exe\20040310200348\instant access.exe".

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D, RunAlyzer or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.
  • Entries named "Instant Access" and pointing to "<$SYSDIR>\EGCOMLIB_1034.dll,InstantAccess /L".
  • Entries pointing to "EGCOMLIB_1034.dll,InstantAccess /L".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.
  • The file at "<$WINDIR>\Downloaded Program Files\EGAUTH.inf".
  • The file at "<$STARTMENU>\NoCreditCard.url".
  • The file at "<$COMMONDESKTOP>\NoCreditCard.url".
  • A file with an unknown location named "910190_dmvdmv_.exe".
  • A file with an unknown location named "910190_dmvdmv_.exe425".
  • The file at "<$WINDIR>\ExeDialer.exe".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\EGCOMLIB_1034.dll".
  • A file with an unknown location named "Instant-Access.exe".
  • The file at "<$WINDIR>ExeDialer.exe".
  • A file with an unknown location named "Instant-Access.exe".
  • A file with an unknown location named "Instant-Access.exe".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\EGCOMLIB_1031.dll".

Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If eGroup.InstantAccess uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D to remove them.

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.
  • References to the file "<$WINDIR>/eg_auth_????.dll" at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ModuleUsage\.
  • References to the file "<$WINDIR>\eg_auth_????.dll" at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDlls\.
  • Delete the registry key "{54C75FB0-6B8B-4278-BF7B-77036F15A69E}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
  • Delete the registry key "{54C75FB0-6B8B-4278-BF7B-77036F15A69E}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Code Store Database\Distribution Units\".
  • Delete the registry key "enetbilling.de" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\P3P\History\".
  • Delete the registry value "goicfboogidikkejccmclpieicihhlpo bgdjdn" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WinTrust\Trust Providers\Software Publishing\Trust Database\0\".
  • A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "EGCOMLIB.EGComLibrary.1", plus associated values.
  • A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "EGCOMLIB2.EGComLibrary2.1", plus associated values.
  • Delete the registry key "{A02780C3-7F77-4E28-855B-28890F3CF37A}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Code Store Database\Distribution Units\".
  • Delete the registry key "{94742E3F-D9A1-4780-9A87-2FFA43655DA2}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Code Store Database\Distribution Units\".
  • Delete the registry key "{CEFB7B49-9652-464F-8AFD-A577C0500F39}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Code Store Database\Distribution Units\".
  • Delete the registry key "{CF5F84EB-D3FC-4F98-BE3B-F5B56B962CED}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Code Store Database\Distribution Units\".
  • A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "EGCOMLIB.EGComLibrary", plus associated values.
  • A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "EGCOMLIB2.EGComLibrary2", plus associated values.
  • Delete the registry key "{A02780C3-7F77-4E28-855B-28890F3CF37A}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
  • Delete the registry key "{CF5F84EB-D3FC-4F98-BE3B-F5B56B962CED}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
  • Delete the registry key "{A7B323DA-0D0C-4298-8DE0-4F2AC4773284}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
  • Delete the registry key "{06EC63CC-4823-4836-ABB8-AB5F3971FA5C}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
If eGroup.InstantAccess uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer, RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
