HELP PLEASE .. mr. and mrs. smith ... help with this appreciated ..

I have a file called mr. and mrs. smith avi on my computer that cannot be removed .. moved .. deleated .. renamed .. when clicked on causes CPU to go 100% locked up by explorer.exe I have removed all files from drive and my first computer and it Windows XP could not format it as it says file is being used by person or program. I searched net on it and found it to be made by Sony as protection and they used Spyware in their process.
It would not even allow me to install ATI Video Card .. said something about administer control .. rebooted computer so much .. I totally lost use of my computer .. even windows would not run in safe mode.
Purchased new computer .. transferred files from external drive from first computer .. did not realize mr. and mrs. smith was on it .. now it is embedded on my new computer in C:drive.
How can I get rid of this file .. I do not want to start putting all my programs back on with this file still here. Also when explorer or search hit on it .. computer slows to crawl as explorer.exe goes to 100% CPU usage. Sony has put out a fix they say .. but I tried it and it could not find the hidden file they said is causing this.

Any HELP on this would be appreciated.

I suspect this file is something other than the Sony DVD (german version) that was the one you found info about. That issue is explained here:
