The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "SpyPry" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Vendor hides his postal address and has registered his domain through an anonymous domain registration service. Legit software vendors will not hide themselves. SpyPry also hides some of its components in the Windows System directory which also is a hint of wanting to stay undetected.
Removal Instructions:

Desktop:

Please remove the following files from your desktop.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.
  • Shortcuts named "SpyPry v1.9 - Process Manager.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SpyPry\*.exe".
  • Shortcuts named "SpyPry v1.9.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SpyPry\*.exe".

Start Menu:

Please remove the following items from your start menu.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.
  • Items named "Remove SpyPry v1.9.lnk" and pointing to "<$WINDIR>\unvise32.exe*".
  • Items named "SpyPry v1.9 - Process Manager.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SpyPry\*.exe".
  • Items named "SpyPry v1.9.lnk" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SpyPry\*.exe".

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D, RunAlyzer or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.
  • Entries named "SpyPry" and pointing to "<$SYSDRIVE>\PROGRA~1\SpyPry\SpyPry.exe".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SpyPry\ScanHistory.ini".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SpyPry\SpyPry_Startup.txt".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SpyPry\SS_BHR.ini".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SpyPry\uninstal.log".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\BlockedCookies".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\BlockedCookies.txt".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\CompanyList.dll".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\CriticalProcesses.dll".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\ESignature.dll".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\FSignature.dll".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\ImmunizeDatabase".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\ISHF_Ex.tlb".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\List.dll".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\OLEGUIDS.TLB".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\RSignature.dll".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\SKExecutables.zip".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\SKNames.dll".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\SKSignatures.zip".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\SKVersion.ini".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\SpyPry_ErrLogFile.txt".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\SpyPryUN.dll".
  • A file with an unknown location named "SpyPrySetup.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If SpyPry uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D to remove them.

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.
  • The directory at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\SpyPry v1.9".
  • The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\SpyPry".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If SpyPry uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify folders!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.
  • Delete the registry key "SpyKillerFreeScanner" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VB and VBA Program Settings\".
If SpyPry uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer, RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
