    # Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit
    # Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2, FireFox 3.0.4, Google Chrome
    # Spybot S&D 1.6.1.38 beta Detections: 12-03-08

    I got the result after I scanned.




    Regedit tells me that this is a Simcity 3000 Unlimited file.
