    Default False Positive: WildTangent?

Operating System: Windows XP Media Center Edition
Internet: I use Firefox 3.0.3, and I also have Internet Explorer 7
Spybot Version: 1.6.0 (Also was happening with earlier versions, don't remember which)

Every scan I do with Spybot comes up with 90-105 entries for WildTangent, the report says:

    WildTangent
    103 Entries
    PUPS

On my computer I used to have games from WildTangent, and I currently have a WildTangent Web Driver installed. This isn't spyware, I'm fairly sure, and i have to keep unchecking it whenever I scan and remove things.

Wild Tangent is not spyware, nor is it a false positive. Spybot just detects it on your machine because you have it installed. It is not classified as malware anymore, but it is still a PUP.

No you do not have to.
Right click the WildTangent Product in the Scan result and select to ignore the product from further searches.
