Infected with Virtumonde

My computer has been infected. I have removed all of the malware that Spybot recognized, including Virtumonde, but Virtumonde keeps coming back. Here are my symptoms:

1. Computer very sluggish.
2. Many pop ups taking me to various sites.
3. Solicitations for virus removers keep wanting to initiate.
4. My desktop icons will disappear, leaving an empty desktop.
5. My microsoft automatic updates has been turned off, and can't be turned back.

I have Spybot installed and I have turned off teabag. I also have McAfee Security Center provided by Comcast running.

With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.
  
• Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

Thanks. I will do this tonight. One question: I am noticing at least 3 spyware programs that have somehow "installed" themselves on my computer due to this hole. They keep wanting to scan, without my permission and some have installed themselves on my system tray. I have tried to terminate them as you suggest, but I can't seem to disable them. The only legit one I have is McAfee Security Center, which I should have no problem disabling, but will the others interfere with your tools?

Save this as "CFScript"

Then drag the CFScript into ComboFix.exe as you see in the screenshot below.



This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a new HijackThis log.

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.
