    Edit-added
My computer is running very slow now and often crashes. I've run spybot and each time it comes up with Pipas a. It gets rid of it but each time i run spybot again it is there. It takes about 40-50mins to run a scan too.

    Welcome to the forum

Your running Hijackthis from a temp.
Create a new folder, for instance C:\AntiSpyware
Download the exe from here to that new folder.
    http://www.merijn.org/files/HijackThis.exe
This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong
Make and post a new log

    Hi
Open a command prompt (start run type cmd press enter) type
    sc delete "b8e018bcdb9svr"

press enter, type exit and press enter to exit the command prompt

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
    http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/file...Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\CSQOV.EXE < delete that file
Copy the contents of the quote box below into a new notepad document (not wordpad).
Click file> save as...> call it check.bat > file types *all files*> and save it to desktop.
    dir %windir%\system\dm???.exe >logit.txt
Run check.bat and post logit.txt please
The reason is im checking for a dmxxx file if found i'll ask for a submit since it didnt show in the report.
