Default Solution: Quarantine!! It worked for me

I fought both virtumonde and smitfraud-C for more than a day. My desktop kept flashing off and on at a rate too fast to access most of it. I use Firefox Browser and it wasn't affected. I downloaded ComboFix and using it would stabilize my desktop for a few minutes. Using Spybot Search & Destroy I identified the enemy. The .dll files located in start up could not be deleted; this also in safe mode and command prompt. I could not change them to .doc which works a lot of the time. Finally, I realized Nod32 could quarantine the .dll's. I re-booted, ran Spybot, fixed the findings then, repeated and got a clean scan. Computer seems to be OK. Hope it works for all who read this.

    Default additional info on quarantine

I forgot to explain how I quarantined the .dll files. Right click the file and go down to Eset Nod32, point at advanced options and click quarantine.
