Spybot won't start

Hello,
Yesterday my system got infected by Spyware. I've downloaded and install Spyboy S&D (from this site), as well as the definition files.

Won't start. I've installed and updated the files, but it just won't start. When I first installed it, the exe disappeared from the install location, so I reinstalled it. All the files seem to be there now, but the program still doesn't start.

I tried Ad-aware first, but anything it takes out just comes back.

A fake Windows security manager is in my system (winscenter.exe), and it tries to run (constantly) a fake spyware program about every minute. I managed to stop the fake spyware program by opening in notepad and blanking out the data (it would just recopy if I deleted it).

Can anyone help?

Spybot-SD Resident is running now (and is blocking malicious processes), but I still can't get the normal scan to start.

Sorry, I think I posted this in the wrong forum. I reposted it in the Malware forum. If a mod can remove this, I'd appreciate it.
