Default Meaning of red cookies in Ignore Cookies

One group of cookies in the window for ignoring cookies is in red. I can not find an explanation of what that means. Might want to include that on the screen.

    What does it mean?

From the Tutorial and in help file:
The first thing you should know is to distinguish between the red entries, which represent spyware and similar threats, and the green entries, which are usage tracks.

As the heading at the top of the window you refer to says, "This is a list of cookies currently stored in Internet Explorer, Netscape and Mozilla or already listed on your exclude list. Cookies you check here will not be cleaned when you clean usage tracks"

So, clearly you have cookies stored in one of your browsers or in your exclude list that Spybot considers represent spyware or similar threats. If they are in your exclude list, remove them from it. If not, Spybot will also find them on a scan and you should then allow Spybot to fix or remove them.

Depending on which browser you use, you may be able to set the browser to clear all cookies except those you have explicitly tagged every time you close the browser.
