    Hello Forum Helpers,

If possible, I would appreciate your assistance with 2 questions.

    1. Is System Security a real antivirus program? I already have Norton Symantec on my computer and I heard that it is not wise to have two antivirus programs. I downloaded PC Safe (which I think is another name for System Security) because I thought that it would help with my computer problems, but I do not want it anymore. (I did not pay for it.
After it scanned my computer, it just keeps telling me that I have 38 infections and begs me to buy the program.) It constantly pops up, every five minutes, on my computer, asking if I want to "Continue unprotected? Yes or No." It is extremely irritating and I want to get rid of it but it isn't in the Control Panel's Add and Remove Programs. How do I uninstall it?

    2. I just downloaded HijackThis. Under this log file, which programs can I delete to make my computer run faster?

Thank you very much for your time.

    Hello,

My Google Search Engine, along with any other search engine I use, including Yahoo, does not work. When I click on the link, the page I want does not show up. Instead, an advertising website appears. The links are all wrong. =( I have heard of similar problems, but I am unsure of what will solve mine. I have read the stickies. Thank you for your help!

Oh, this is my HijackThis Log
