Malware help - hjt file included

Hello,

One of my computers has problems that I think are malware related and look similar to ones that others are having on this forum. Basically, I can't start any '.exe' files from spybot, mcafee, or others including SDFix and Combofix. When trying to execute those files, I get the hourglass for a few seconds and it goes away with no app visible. I can see the process running but no app.

All queries made to google and yahoo on IE, Firefox and Opera take me to an initial results screen but any links from there take me to sites I didn't want and it will not let me access sites such as MS Support and Spybot forums.

I downloaded avast, ran a boot time scan which removed most of the problems, then went back with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Ad Removal program. Still checking but system appears to be clean.
