Default Help Required - Resistant malware

    Hi,

Could I have some advice please? I have tried to fix a problem, then found that I should have read this forum first. I found that I has some malware on a PC that had been 'protected' by McAfee AV and Windows Defender. The main symptoms were problems with eMule and spurious pop-ups on MSIE7. I ran McAfee and Defenders scans. McAfee found nothing. Defneder confirmed that there were various registry keys and dlls that were running. I tried switching off System Restore and attempted to manually remove these using RegCleaner and regedit, but this did not work as they Keys seemed to reinstall seconds after I deleted them. I installed the latest version of Spybot, whichseemed to partially remove the problem, but mainly it stops the popups (I think) by blacklisting the dll. Then I read on here of Malwarebytes Anti-malware, installed and ran it. Then I have run HijackThis and produced the following log. From the names of some of the dll and the two BHO listed I think I still have the problem:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sokiyuyabi] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\korutoti.dll",s
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CPM5b4463bb] Rundll32.exe "c:\windows\system32\dujejeku.dll",a

I would welcome your advice and on what can I do now?
And, what should I leave running to protect this PC which is online 24/7 - McAfee, Defender, SpyBot S&D TeaTimer, other anti-malware programs?
