    on 1st try didnt removed them only made back up of those so i did a scan again and then went in safe mode to do it there and it worked also reinstalled spybot :P

    The hijackthis backup is there in case you remove the wrong thing accidentally, If you're happy the removal went OK, then you can delete the backup.
