"Enable permanant blocking of bad addresses in Internet Explorer" Checkbox Disabled!

Hi,

In the immunize screen theres a checkbox label "Enable permanant blocking of bad addresses in Internet Explorer". The checkbox is white and when I move my pointer over it it shows a yellow inline as per usual.

However, then when I click the left mouse button on it it turns grey while the button remains pressed and then goes back to the yellow inline.

It seems to be disabled and I'm just wondering why. I've been using Spybot for a couple of years and it's never happened before. I recently had some adware hijaking my homepage which I removed. Not sure how to fix it.

Look in C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy and see if SDHelper.dll is there.
