Default "x is illegal in Win32 application" error

I can't run programs like spybot, HijackThis, ComboFix, antivirus, etc.
When I try to open HijackThis, for example, an error message appears: "C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe is illegal in Win32 application"
note: the message appears in Hebrew, I hope I translated it correctly...
    I appreciate any help, thanks!

I was wrong - the error message in English would be "x is not a vaild win32 application"...
