Pretty Confused- Please Help

My computer is acting a little wacky.. first off its pretty slow (whic is probably due to the little memory left on it) and a couple times a day the screen will just go blue and blank! I'm not really sure why.. i ran my spybot and it just came up with a few "minor" entrys .. i think. Anyow here is my log, any help would be bvery appreciated!! thank you!
