Need Help. Win32.tdss & Zlob.downloader

So my wife used the computer. Ever since then search(google) links go to bad sites. Fake alerts pop up trying to get me to buy thier product to fix my computer. It wont let me run any spyware removal programs. I cant get to any sites.

I got spybot to work by going through the files......win32.tdss.rtk and zlob.downloader is what it came up with.

Good thing i already had hijackthis and a few other things from when i had vertimond or whatever it was.....from my wife useing my comp....

I'd like you to read this thread.

Please go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the programs listed above (in red).

Delete these folders afterwards:

C:\Program Files\BitComet

Empty Recycle Bin.

After that:

• Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized, if not you'll find it in c:\rsit folder)
