yahoo new tool bar spy catcher
I was using until yesterday Yahoo tool bar spy catcher until there was a repeated problems with a yahoo file called yshortcut.dll
So i deleted yahoo tool bar, installed google tool bar and was looking for a repalcement spy catcher.
I decided to try spybot.
my question is. Yahoo spy catcher seems as I remember to scan far fewer files and turned up on average around 7 spy programs some of which were found on a previous scan.
Spybot is scaning far more files, taking much longer and turning up fewer spy programs.
Could it be spybot prevents spy programs on master spybot list from ever appearing while Yahoo spy catcher had no list and blocked same thing over and over again?
And is there a button I can activate so when a spy program even on list is trying to get through I can tell from which site is sending it even though it will be blocked?
