    Happy anniversary.

The best to you in the coming year. Stay safe and be careful serving your community.

    Regards,
    md usa spybot fan

ps: Try to stay out of the Malware Removal forum that seems to be what brought you to this forum in the first place. I would rather see you posting in the Tavern forum, like now.

    Thanks Zenobia
I notice you all joined the same time. Was that the S&D start date?
In one year I'll be drawing on my pension, I think you have a while to get to that!

There was another site that hosted the Spybot forums prior to October 2005. Safer Networking Ltd. started hosting their own forum (Safer Networking Forums) in October 2005 and that why you see many join dates as "Oct 2005".

Spybot has been around since at least June 2002 (I think). Perhaps if the founder/author of Spybot (Patrick M. Kolla) sees this thread, he can fill us both in on the exact date).

Yup,we all pretty much found this new forum at the same time,as nobody left a forwarding address.
I felt proud of myself when I tracked it down, but rather doh! when I saw a link to the Spybot forum on the the safer-networking homepage, lol.

    Yes,awhile before I draw a pension,though today I feel like I'm at least 92,lol.

Have you guys ever met up? I know you are spread around the globe, but I assume that you all work in computing and as you all joined at the same time, you must have got to know each other pretty well and formed some close (virtual) friendships.
