Vundo in registry - HJT log [teapot]

At some point yesterday I started getting alerts from AntiVirXP that I had some trojans in the WINDOWS/System32 directory. So I did a system scan, and it found a few infected files that it said were the Vundo trojan, mostly dll files in the WINDOWS/system32 directory, with random names begining with byX. I couldn't delete them, not even after reboot or in safemode.
When I scanned the system with Spybot it said I had Virtumonde and it couldn't delete it even after several reboots.
I looked that name up to know what it was I'm dealing with. I don't seem to have all the typical symptoms of the infection, my browser and desktop are not hijacked, but I have noticed some other strange things - all my system restore points prior to the infection have been deleted, at one moment the winlogon.exe was going crazy with the CPU, and before a-squared deleted the problematic .dll files from system32, I wasn't able to download any files from the internet, or open any folders, except in safe mode.

So far I've used the following programs to scan and fix what was possible:
AntiVirXP
Spybot
AdAware
A-squared
Exterminate It (but only the free version for a scan, it won't fix unless you buy it)

I think I've managed to delete all vundo files, but there is still a lot left in the registry according to Exterminate It.

Maybe you can help me clean it all up, I would be SO grateful.
