No option to fix problems upon reboot

I ran SB (1.6.0) and it found some problems it couldn't fix because the files were in use, and asked if I wanted to run SB on reboot. I said yes and rebooted. SB launched and scanned my PC again (each scan taking over an hour), and said "10 problems found" along the bottom of the screen. But I could find no option to list the problems it found or tell it to fix them. (Without having to "Check for problems" all over again, which would make the 3rd scan). I've lost over 2 hrs. on two separate scans.

How do I tell SB to fix the problems it found on a reboot scan?

If I remember correctly, the Spybot-SD main window should pop up. Then click on the "Search&Destroy" tab on the left side.
