HKEY_LOCAL file keeps returning after restart!
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\wscsvc\start (is not) w=2
I was infected with a virus before but I think I got rid of the big problem
and now it's just this
every time I get Spybot to fix this problem it JUST KEEPS COMING BACK
I'm getting very frustrated, I've been trying to fix this for a week already.
it disables Windows Security, I tried to turn it on
by going to
run services.msc > security center
turning it to automatic
and then pressing start,
but it says that system status: stopped
and I can't press the start button
then I went back to Spybot found it AGAIN and then fixed it
went back and I was able to turn on Security Center
but when I restart the computer
Windows Security is disabled and the HKEY file is there again
does anyone know how to fix this problem?
