I have been successfully using Spybot since last year, but since last week when I run Spybot,it does not complete the scan and I get this error message:

Anal-Oral.WinMain[DateiC:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts\kann nicht geoffnet wesden.


My system has also slowed down since last week ,plz. help.
