Hosting Updates on Intranet

In my office we have about 100 computers. We want to setup our server so that the office computers will download updates automatically from it. I noticed that there is an online.ini file, with quite a lot of information. Is there anything on the spybot site that would help me make sense of this information, or do I have to guess and check?

Or if there isn't anything in particular to read online, does anyone know what I should change (its going to be an FTP), and would we only have to host the includes.zip file?

ANy help on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
