    Default Help

I have an icon in the lower right hand corner of my screen that looks like a mini-screen with a lock in the lower left corner. When I roll the mouse over it, it says, "Spybot-SD Resident 69212 processes blacklisted." Why is this here and should I be concerned? My wireless internet has also gone haywire. Are the two related?

    thanks for the help,

    chaz

No they are not. What you see over there when you hover is TeaTimer doing it's job. What happens is that there are rules that were set in TeaTimer to automatically terminate a malicious process, to prevent it from running and doing damage, thus explains the processes blacklisted.

I'm not sure what could be happening with your Wi-Fi, as it is very hard to draw conclusions just based on that description. Make sure you have a password set and data encrypted in your router.
