    Default Spybot as administrator

I cannot delete or immunize any harmful threads on my laptop. I tried to go to the start menu to run spybot as administrator but it did not work. What else can I try?

Are you using the admin. account or normal user account?

    Default harmal threads

what you told me did allow me to get rid of a couple of the harmful threads. However, some were still left. They are myway.mywebsearch and funwebproducts. Do you have an idea how to get rid of them? thank you.

    shelbe11:
Consider posting in the Malware Removal forum and having someone take a look at your system.

If you decide to have an experienced malware removal specialist assist you, please follow the procedure in this link to run scans and produce a HijackThis log:
After you have completed the required scans and produced the requested logs, start your own thread in the Malware Removal forum, making sure to post the HijackThis log produced from the above instructions.
