spybot wont open and google redirect

hi all,
Im experiancing a problem at the moment that when clicking on the links after a google search, the results page is redirected to some usless advertisement about 50% of the time. After looking around for a bit, it seems this might be cause by a virus/malware. I have run programs such as Ad-Aware and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - deleting anything that it finds, but to no avail. i have also tried installing spybot search and distroy, but the program wont start, when i try to open it i just receive an messege telling me that it needs to close.

Please read Before You Post
That said, All advice given by anyone volunteering here, is taken at your own risk.
While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen.


You need to read the stickies in Before You Post, it is posted there for you to read and puts us on the same page. Running Malwarebytes has removed any evidence of what your infected with, you also need to disable the TeaTimer in Spybot.

Do this first...Important

Disable the TeaTimer, leave it disabled until we're done or it will prevent fixes from taking

• Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
• If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
• On the left hand side, Click on Tools
• Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
• Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
• Restart your computer.<--You need to do this for it to take effect

Please do not proceed until the TeaTimer is disabled


Open up Malwarebytes and go to Logs and copy and paste the first log from the scan you ran.
