Tracking cookies to not pose any harm, because they are merely files that store visits and login information. You can always purge all the cookies with ease within your browser options.

Can you name a few cookies that AVG detected that Spybot-Search&Destroy missed?

I'm pretty sure (it could be incorrect) that Spybot-SD detects TribalFusion.

Have you tried removing the cookies with the browsers closed? And do you know where the cookies are coming from (Browser)? Have you tried clearing the cookies manually from the Internet Options?

Manually delete those cookies then set your browser so you don't get any tracking cookies. See the following FAQ:

Mozilla Firefox>Tools>Options...>Privacy>Show all Cookies>Remove all Cookies. Mozilla Firefox 1.x, 2.x, and 3.x have almost identical menus.
