    Default Malware found by Spybot

One is win32.agent.pz, there is another of a similar name, but as computer keeps restarting do not have a chance to do another Spybot scan to try to find the name.
Can usually handle things like this, but this Malware goes beyond my quite basic computer know how. Have tried to use SDfix, but that didn't solve the problem, so have come here to ask for advice.

As mentioned, computer keeps restarting, also have problems logging on - welcome screen doesn't appear, have to use Task Manager to open desktop, Pop-ups keep appearing saying that things cannot start and system restore wont restore past saved systems. I think that has addressed most issues.

    Here is HJT

    Hi

Sorry to bring you bad news but there's Virut file infector present in your system. That means the only working solution is to reformat

Yes, complete system reformat will solve the problem. However, if you have used usb removable drives with the infected system there's a risk those drives are infected too. In that case reformat for those drives is also needed.
