spybot update stuck

Hi I tried posting on the usual comp forum I frequent but i dont think anyones online yet , Im trying my luck as I dont know whether i should justback out and shut down



my twice a month update prompted me to move on to a new version so I oked whateher it wanted me to and i am now stuck

remove spybot s&d from your pc before you install a new version,
then restart the pc and try again to instal the new version
(if that doenst work delete the spybot map (local disk/ program files/ spybot))

after installation, update spybot s&d and dont forget immuze your browsers

I didnt know I had to uninstall
