Question another Framedyn.dll error not discused I think

Hi,I also have the framedyn.dll file missing or courrup error message.
I have gone thru most of the threads on this issue. But no help
So, this is my question the only place that the file named framedyn.dll is here:
C:\Windows\system32\wbem. It is located noware else on my system. I have no folder named %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\wbem
I suspect it is because when I did a fresh install of XP-PRO with SP3 sliped streamed the folder wasn't created ? So, how do I rectify this. Any help will be appreaciated. I did read bitmans solution , but I think this won't work in my case,am I right ? Also I did not install spybot in the default directory I put it in another partion on HD. Thanks

    HammerHeadHank:

%SystemRoot% is an environment variable that normally points to C:\Windows.

Thank you so much I did see those threads earlier but I wasn't thinking right I thought that the variables "Path" had this already present, but I did not have it present I just added this string as you pointed out at the end of my path string %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\wbem. and all is well again thank you for your help usa spybot fan.
