Hello:

When i try to go to windows updates it says i should be prompted for active x toolbar but nothing happens. I tried to play around with some of the security settings and it still didnt work. I reset all the setting back to default.

Ok. I was just going to post that you had one extra space between slash and u (/ u instead of /u)

EDIT: Were you able to access Windows Update after resetting security settings?
