    Default number of immunization

In the web site, with the last update, spybot offered protection over 1453845 fingerprints.

On my sister pc (XP home) , she has only a bit more than 1000000. On mine (XP home), i have only 232921 !!!! We all run v1.6.2.

    Why ?

I think there seems to be a misunderstanding.
The Immunization count and fingerprint count (number of items that Spybot-Search&Destroy scans for) are two different things.

The Immunization now has a count of 106,354 (provided with the latest updates [03.11.09]). The count (over a million) is the "fingerprints" count.

    Hope this makes it clear.

What are you talking about? I'm talking about the Immunization.

One million fingerprints is for the product count! Not Immunization. I'll screenshot the Immunization page to prove it to you if you want.

106,354 is the number that should be in your Immunization screen.

    The count depends on
    • internet browser
    • different user accounts

Sorry I forgot to bring that up (-Matt- brought it up).
Now it's a different story because it varies with the number of accounts in the personal computer and the number of browsers that are used (maybe I don't need the screenshot now...). I have one account on my PC with Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

If you are referring to the Immunization feature, "232921" is a credible number for the Immunization. But 1,000,000 is not (I'd take that is the fingerprint count).

    Hello,

Depending on the operating system and the authority of the user, the counts of the immunization vary widely.

If you are using Windows XP please read these:
