antivirus 360

antivirus 360 downloaded itself on my computer and neither spybot nor Norton scans removed it. How do I get rid of antivirus 360?

Pinned (sticky) to the top of this forum, and posted above are the directions, make sure you have read and followed them.

It's rare this rouge malware is alone and you should have read the directions and started with a HJT log. Since you seem to know at least some of the infection, let use this tutorial first.

When you get to instructions 12, I want to see the log from MBAM and you will need to post a HJT log AFTER MBAM was run. (instructions for HJT in the directions)

Exact instructions:
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file & a new HJT log in your next reply.
