which small compared to all the files(system files and other stuffs) that are 21GB.
You backup system files too (why would you want to do that)? What system files are they? 'Stuff' being your personal documents?

To find your backup>My Computer>Seagate>Seagate Backup (folder)

The Windows Vista system files... The "stuffs" that i'm talking about is referring to the programs that came with my laptop. I wanted to do a clean backup, you see....

    I don't understand then.
I'm confused on what you mean by "clean" backup. Are you attempting to backup the whole system?
If you are, then I would suggest you find an imaging software. The whole point of an external HD is to backup specific data (documents, media, and the like) not to image a whole drive. Besides that'll take a long time to back up 20GBs everytime.

    No .exe installers?

So I guess you are attempting to image your system then. Well with Seagate, you shouldn't because you can't.

Acronis seems to be the top dog in imaging software. Next comes Paragon.

Do you mean scanning the drive with Spybot-SD?
