Lightbulb Spybot doesn't fully immunize files

Since I downloaded the most recent version, when I run the Immunize function, it never fully immunizes all of my files. I run it again and it claims to immunize them all the second time, or the third time, but I when I click away and then back, it says there are still un-immunized files. I'm posting this here because for some reason I don't seem to have permission to post in the Bug and Requested Features forum. Does anyone else have this problem?

    Lightbulb couple of questions/statements...

1.) Did you have spybot on your computer when you installed the latest version?

2.) Have you tried completely removing spybot and then installed the latest version again?

3.) What operating system are you running? Windows Xp, vista?

4.) Make sure your browsers are completely closed when running immunization.

5.) Do you have other user accounts on your pc?

6.) Are you logged in as admin or as user with admin rights?

7.) Have you also used the "Check again" function from the menu bar above?

    Also see this thread:

Let me know if that helps, or if you have any other information you can provide.

Thumbs up Spybot wouldn't fully immunize

Hello. The info re: ZoneAlarm and Spybot worked perfectly in the link posted by Zenobia. Spybot indicated that the help files had more info re: the problem but I didn't see anything there at all...I simply had to unlock the host files in ZA temporarily to immunize, then relock them afterwards. Thanks Zenobia! It's always cool when a suggested solution actually works...
