Default False positive with Garmin's spanner.exe?

Running Windows XP Home Edition SP2
Tea Timer, Version 1.6.2.0 System settings protector 1.6.6.32
Last update was done on 3/26/2009.

Garmin has GPS to virtual COM port program called spanner.exe which
triggers Tea Timer when executed. Here is log entry:

3/28/2009 8:50:31 AM Encountered and terminated TSCash in C:\Garmin\Spanner.exe!

I set TeaTimer to allow the process to run and I do not see any of the other symptoms of TSCash(ie registry entries, executables) mentioned in a web report about TSCash, so I think it is a false positive.

    Spanner can be obtained at:

Thank you for reporting this false positive.
I can confirm it and it will be fixed with the detection update scheduled for Wednesday 2009-04-01
