help with problem computer - vobumjj.exe problem i think

Hi there and hope your having a nice day. Thanks again for all you have done i would have been lost with out your help. Everything is working great and i think i have only one last question.

If there is anything else you see on my computer that shouldn't be needed please let me know. I also have something that starts up every time i start my computer and it's called EMMSDE-MSSQLServer. What is this? I don't remember ever using this should i get rid of it?
