    Exclamation Security Center

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\wscsvc\start (is not) w=2

Spybot continually shows this error. I select to fix it, but it just comes back.
I have tried to turn the security center on by going to
run services.msc > security center turning it to automatic
and then pressing start. It then activates the security center, but once I restart, the security center is disabled once again. What can I do?
Here are my log files from Spy Bot.

Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter_disabled: [SBI $2E20C9A9] Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wscsvc\Start

I tried to attach the full report to this post but i got an error saying the post was too long.

    kkatkk:

Are you running either Symantec (Norton) or McAfee anti-virus/internet security? If so, it is possible that those products have turned off functions within the Windows Security Center and are monitoring the system internally.

    To eliminate the detection, see:
