Exclamation help with HJT log/also have rootalyzer&dds logs available

So one afternoon, i heard something that sounded like the radio, and when i looked, it was coming from my computer. I control alt deleted and saw that iexplorer was running, but not. I didnt start it, and I couldn't see it. I've had one other infection before this, similar, so i ended the process, thats where it was.The "radio" stopped. I looked through the HJT log, nothing familiar. I also ran all the tools the builder of my PC told me to use last time which include dial a fix and atf cleaner.

The behavior of my computer now is as such:
-I cannot "see" any of my anti malware programs, even though they are running (task manager) these include spybot and malware bytes. I had uninstalled malwarebytes, by mistake, in an late night/early morning fog, so thats actually no longer installed. When i treid to re-install, i get the same behavior. Its running,in the background somewhere, but I cant see it.
-avg does not find anything when run

-rootalyzer finds 9 hidden entries, all which cannot be found through explorer. very messy file names too. After some googling, I decided to delete them. They dont really "delete" as far as i can tell, they come back, and one says that it cannot delete yet (its noted in the log if you need it)

-That "radio" bit hasn't happen again, but my machine does freeze every so often. No determinable trigger for that one.

-also tried to install super anti spyware on suggestion, but i get a prompt that says the admin has put restrictions on the installation.

As said in the subject, I also have DDS logs and rootalyzer log available. down for HJT log:
