Vitrumonde and Vitrumonde.prx

Spybot has detected both Virtumonde and Virtumonde.prx multiple times, it doesn't seem to be able to delete them. I believe it's producing pop-ups in IE, even when using firefox or with no browser open at all. Here is the HiJackThis file. Thanks for any help you can provide.

After a reboot I got this error message:

The specific module could no be found

I don't know if it's relevant but it's never happened before.
