1.6.2 install causing PC to crash

I had the older version 1.6 which I did an update. During the update, my PC would load up but as soon windows would load up (About 4 secs of loading all things) my PC would reboot. So, because of that issue, I went ahead and booted in safe mode, uninstalled the older version and did fresh install of 1.6.2 version.

My system would load and everything looked good. So, when I went to open Spybot, it re-booted itself as soon as I clicked the icon. So, when it loaded again, it would do an automatic re-boot at the same loading time of windows.

I am getting the serious error send message to Microsoft.

Since this issue, I went ahead and booted in safe mode again and uninstalled it until I can figure out what is up with this.
