Recycler folder in removable drives?

i think my computer is somehow infected even though my anti-virus (McAfee Internet Security Suite) is up to date.....i ran a full system scan of my anti-virus and anti-spywares (Ad-Aware SE Pro, AVG Anti-Spyware, Spybot Search & Destroy, SypwareBlaster) but still whenever i plug my USB drive, the Recycler folder appears.. please help, do i have to post my HJT log?
