Windows seven is supported?

Spybot S&D 1.6.2.46 supports windows seven ultimate beta 1 with all updates avaitable from microsoft update? I think yes, but why this operating system is not in the compatibility list? I'm using it and on my opinion it works perfectly with the new os. There are possibilities of false positives in scans ?

Spybot 1.6.2 was released before Microsoft released it's beta.
