That might be due to keyboard. I don't think it is caused by any malware.

    Empty this folder:

    C:\Qoobox\Quarantine

    Empty Recycle bin.

    Still problems?

    Default Qoobox

I dragged the contents of Qoobox to the recycle bin and emptied it.

What about the other infected file?

    It is in backup folder.

    Feel free to empty this:

    G:\Steve's Backup 03-30-09\Documents and Settings\Mikey\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\M08O8NLX

    Some other issues left?

    Great

Then let's clean some leftovers before final instructions.

Open HijackThis, click do a system scan only and checkmark these:

    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file)
    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - (no file)
    O16 - DPF: {4ED9DDF0-7479-4BBE-9335-5A1EDB1D8A21} -

Close all windows including browser and press fix checked.

    Reboot.

Post back a fresh Hijackthis log.
