    Unhappy Virtumonde infection

My operating system is Vista Business. When I run Spybot S&D, I get Virtumonde listed as infecting my computer. Spybot lists it as: C:\\Windows\System32\zipfldr.dll. I have tried to remove it. Each time I click on "Fix," I get a message that the item has been removed. However, if I run Spybot again, it still says my computer is infected with this trojan. I had been running Norton Internet Security that came loaded on the computer and then installed Norton 360 before I installed Spybot. Norton had not found the virtumonde item previously or even after Spybot indicated it was on my computer. I also ran a beta version of a microsoft anti-virus program - Live One. Neither found virtumonde. However, I've been getting strange pop-ups despite having my pop-up blocker turned on and my computer, especially my internet browser, has been sluggish. How can I safely remove this from my computer?
