I guess that would be fine. How ever I am a certified technician for Hp and Dell computers, pertaining to hardware. It would be safe to say that maybe the wifi card went bad but everything else checked out fine.I ran test on my ram, cpu, and hard drive. Maybe someone in the windows forum may have another idea that I didn't. I am no longer working in the field of computers but still have a vast knowledge for them.

well I went to the site and ran the test. Nothing is coming up with errors. I also wanted to let u know that I also can no longer access my outlook mail. Its the first thing that hung up when I started to have my probelms.
