Malware help please

Greetings,

I'm working on a friend's computer... suffering from a general slowness, especially when connected via wireless.

Tried the usual stuff:
Spybot - installed new version, updated, scanned for problems. Slow to complete, then the spybot process froze (not responding) at the end of the scan. Tried this twice more with same result.
Malwarebytes Anti-malware - installed and scanned. Found some items, then choked.
McAfee Antivirus - picked up some trojans.

Open HijackThis > Do a System Scan Only, close your browser and all open windows including this one, the only program or window you should have open is HijackThis, check the following entries and click on Fix Checked.

Not looking at anything out of the ordinary on your system, run this tool, it won't remove anything but will give a nice system report.

• Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
