I am wondering what one has to do to help translate Spybot?

I'm aware that Spybot's already available in my language, but, it is faulty. There's a mixture of english and my own.

Or is it a bug, and happens with all language translations?

A mixture is normal. I have same problem with my language, but it should be fixed soon.

If you choose for example English and then Czech, some parts will be still on English because that part was not translated in Czech. If you choose for example one more language, then you'll get parts translated in that 3rd language, then some on Czech and final, all other in English again. This continues if you choose other language. To reset everything, select English and all will be translated back to default English.
